Hello this is my first time doing tutorials, so I began it with the
" all time favourite editing which is the vintage style " as for me ;p.
Click on the 3rd image ( below ) to see the Layer style tutorial in a real sizeoh yea, you're gonna see some words of abbreviations such as :
( LS ) for Layer Style
( SC ) for Solid Color ( with the box of color beside it )
( SC ) for Selective Color ( with the layer style icon beside it )
( HS ) for Hue / Saturation
( CB ) for Color Balance
( Opa ) for Opacity
( GM ) for Gradient Map
Here's some clue to read a layer style as for :
1. SC : Selective Color, a tool with " four box "
with Cyan , Magenta, Yellow , Black
SC : ( R : -4, +1, + 28, +100 ) ,
apply this numbers to RED parts of Selective Color CMYB
( B : -1, +23, -100, + 3 ) ,
apply this numbers to BLUE parts of Selective Color CMYB
" just apply this number from top to toe "
2. CB : Color Balance, a tool with " three colors bar " that can be moved,
stands by Red, Green, Blue
CB : ( -100, +9, -17 ) for ( R, G , B ) on Color balance
take attention on this " on Shadow " that means you got to
make sure you've checked the " Shadow " which stay side by side with
" Midtones " and " Highlights "
Geez... i guess i'm not used to this "writing" things, hehehe
so... Try it if you wanna ! :)
